What your days will look like;
- Provide quality clinical care and support to community clients
- Manage priorities with our residents and their needs
- Implement programs for those with special needs
- Ensure incidents and issues are communicated and escalated
What you will need to be successful;
- Experience working in Aged Care
- Ability to work autonomously
- Recognised tertiary degree, NDIS worker check, WWCC
- Current AHPRA registration
- COVID vaccination & booster
- Ability and commitment to work with a customer-centred approach
